Terms & Conditions

For all bookings: A 50% deposit is required on booking.

Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment, 50% will be payable. If you want to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay a new booking deposit.

Lateness: Please kindly be on time for your appointments so that I don't run late for others. If you are late, we may need to shorten or change the service, but full payment will still be charged.
